Perrin Yates


Bio
Perrin Yates is originally from the Sunshine coast. He has been a chef for 17 years and has lived in NZ since 2020. He has been the executive chef of both Clarence and Picnika. He is now executive chef and menu creator at Hide Thirst and Hunger, Brew and co, and Sailor Rum Bar and Galley, as well as co-owning his own business Deckchair Cafe. He is young, clever and passionate, fully in tune with modern food trends.
